In our Hematology & Oncology Division, we are responsible for medicines that help to improve the health and quality of life of patients with oncological diseases.

In the field of multiple myeloma in haematology, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team as soon as possible


We are looking for a dedicated Medical Advisor or to join the Medical Affairs (MAF) Team, focusing on CAR-T with additional activities on antibody based products.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as Scientific expert (internally and externally) for the therapeutic area (TA) including treatment trends, unmet medical needs, scientific insights and clinical studies to enhance company product value through high quality scientific knowledge management
  • Work in close collaboration with key Leading Specialists to identify customer needs and based on that tailoring MAF activities such as round tables, ad boards, medical education activities or related medical projects (20% time for field interactions expected).
  • Accountable for planning, coordination and implementation of the MAF Plan incl. budget monitoring
  • Contribute to the crossfunctional value team (CVT) and the local action team (LAT); provide medical expertise, disease area & market insights and lead medical programs
  • Full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients using the products

Qualifications:


Qualifications:


  • Medical Doctor, Pharmaceutical or Natural Science University degree (with MD/PhD being an additional asset)
  • Deep understanding of clinical hematology; scientific research, clinical trial design/conduct and interpretation of medical/scientific data, and ability to translate this into information to inform strategy as well as into designing medical affairs activities
  • Minimum 24 years' relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in English and German or French required
  • High level of critical and strategic thinking: Translating latest science and developments in the local health care environment into MAF strategy and tactics.
  • Strong communication skills and, ability to discuss scientific data with HCP's on a peertopeer level
  • Strong collaborative skills and team player mindset, (e.g. crossfunctional team collaboration, crossborder collaboration, etc.)
