- Position: Office Manager with Executive Assistant responsibilities
- Location: Zurich
- Be the driving force behind the smooth running of the office
- Support 2 Managing Directors in an Executive Assistant capacity
- Manage office logistics and facilities
- Build relationships with external vendors
- Coordinate office equipment repairs and installations
- Oversee office environment, supplies, and inventory
- Coordinate employee engagement events
- Welcome overseas visitors
- Liaise with Risk Management and HR teams
- Manage calendars and internal stakeholders
- Provide general administrative support
- Commitment to work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to work late or come in early when needed
- Over 5 years of Office Management experience
- Excellent professional presentation and discretion
- Fluency in Swiss German, High German, and English
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Proactive, organized, and hands-on problem solver
