For a project at our client's site (home office possible within Switzerland), an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated

Service Delivery Manager (w/m/d)

Your Qualifications:

Many years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager:

Hands-on working experience with complex hybrid setups managing deliveries of teams working in both agile & traditional ways:

Strong Project Management skills in both agile and waterfall delivery frameworks:

Versed in delivering end-to-end solutions and transformation projects:
Excellent stakeholder management skills with an analytical way of thinking

Fluent in English

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare endtoend feature plans for the mobile app and web portal roadmap until the end of the year
Ensure feasibility regarding efforts, complexity, and capacity of multiple teams
Align with test and release management for the delivery of integrated agreed and committed release plans
Manage the endtoend execution of the delivery streams ensuring defined timelines are met
