    In the People & Culture team, our mission is to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive workplace environment at Verity. To complement our growing team, and support the demands of keeping our physical office environment a great place to work, we are looking for an office coordinator.

    What you'll do

  • Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain tidiness and organization of the office spaces, including reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the intended recipients.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Support the search of additional office space and potential office move.
  • Assist in planning, organizing and executing events either at the office or other locations.

    • What you bring

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office management role is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Fluency in English, intermediate German skills would be an asset.
