- Greet and welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain tidiness and organization of the office spaces, including reception area, meeting rooms, and common areas.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution to the intended recipients.
- Manage office supplies inventory, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support the search of additional office space and potential office move.
- Assist in planning, organizing and executing events either at the office or other locations.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office management role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English, intermediate German skills would be an asset.
- Strong team player with a pro-active mindset, hands-on with a can-do mentality.
- Ability to be present in the office 5 days a week.
