    Deine Aufgaben umfassen Folgendes:

    • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträge von Kunden, Rechtsnachfolger, Vertreter, Behörden sowie internen Stellen.

    • Erstellung von Korrespondenzen und Vollständigkeitsbescheinigungen in den Sprachen D/F/I/E

    • Nachforschungen nach Geschäftsbeziehungen im Booking Center Schweiz

    • Prüfung der Identifikation sowie Legitimation von natürlichen und juristischen Personen

    • Telefonische Auskunftserteilung an Kundenberater und Behörden

    Your expertise

    • Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder äquivalente Ausbildung

    • Mündlich sowie auch schriftliche einwandfreie Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift (Italienisch ist ein Plus).

    • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und präzise Arbeitsweise

    • Hohe Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft

    • Hohe Serviceorientierung und gute Umgangsformen

    • Arbeitest detailorientiert wie auch effizient und besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe

    • Innovativ und vernetzt im Denken um Abläufe, Prozesse und Organisation im geeigneten Mass zusammen mit unseren Experten stetig zu verbessern

    • Professioneller Umgang mit Microsoft Office Programmen und rasche Auffassungsgabe bei neuen IT-Systemen
