Reduced Risk Products, New Product Development Project Manager (f/m/d):

What this position is about - Purpose:

In the role of Reduced Risk Products, New Product Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects and processes on development of innovative, new category of Reduce Risk Products and propositions in a cross-functional company effort to enable efficient and effective implementation of the ambitious Global Reduce Risk Products strategic objectives.

You will also manage changes and crises, identify problems, find solutions, bring discipline and clarity as well as focus on the most important activities, while keeping the cross-functional teams informed and motivated to deliver the highest value with quality and speed.


This role will give you the opportunity to engage with the team and top management to support fast decision-making, balancing projects through transparency, simplicity and removing barriers between stakeholders and project team(s).


What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects connected to the development of new Reduced Risk Products and other Projects related to Reduced Risk Products from concept to launch/implementation in line with the global category strategy
  • Clarify project Scope and define Project Goals
  • Develop a project plan and track the progress and milestones
  • Drive X-Functional Team discussion and recommendation for key decisions
  • Engage the business and key Project Management Office stakeholders
  • Risk planning, monitoring, and mitigation
  • Business case preparation, validation and review, including preparing Business Approval Processes
  • Change and Crisis management in volatile Reduced Risk Products Environment
  • Design and improve New Product Development and Project Management Processes
  • Identify the need and develop new tools to comprehend and streamline Project Management

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • University degree with Electronic/ Engineering background
  • At least 10 years of experience in the tobacco, FMCG or electronics industry.
  • Project Management experience and skills in leading crossfunctional teams are a must
  • Project Management in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Technical Skills: Certification in project management (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP), excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint, good knowledge of MS Project, MS SharePoint administration
