Role Purpose
The main purpose of this position is the financing of Sandoz affiliates and optimizing funding and fund flow structures for assigned region / countries within the financial, legal and fiscal framework of the Novartis/Sandoz Group.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manages affiliates financing (internal and external) and related balances and cost.
- Monitors the affiliates profitability, financing and related balances and cost and maintain bank relations for local affiliates in coordination with regions and other corporate functions
- Principal contact for finance and corporate matters for CCFOs (incl onboarding and agreeing objectives) and owner of annual country finance meetings
- Structuring of participations of Sandoz entities, legal structuring of M&A transactions, and elimination of inactive entities
- Plans and executes internal funding and dividend process on global level
- Supports on aspects related to external financing, credit rating and cost of capital analysis

Minimum requirements
- Academic degree, relevant and job specific qualifications are an advantage
- English, other languages are an advantage
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in areas as treasury, Country CFO, tax, banking, fund flow.
- Knowledge of Novartis/Sandoz structure and practices.
