Role Purpose


The main purpose of this position is to drive the Sandoz management reporting strategy in close alignment with Group ERP, ensuring delivery of best in class solutions to Sandoz Group Management, allowing efficient analyses of the business performance.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daytoday Reporting and Analytics of the management reporting systems (Financial and Nonfinancial), in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all business timelines and information/analytic needs.
  • Perform Reporting and Analytics activities on all supported tools, spanning across multiple locations
  • Lead stakeholder management and interactions
  • Cooperate with IT resources to maintain tools and systems
  • Ensure continuous system availability across all time zones through process optimization and teamwork.
  • Drive & manage projects on management reports with emphasis on compliance and controls monitoring.
  • Support FRA in providing timely reports to monitor Operational stability, internal controls and compliance (eg: NFCM Controls, process performance KPIs, Financial Controls and Compliance reviews, etc.)
  • Operationalize robust standard processes supported by tools and systems, reflecting best practices, supported by a control framework

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years working experience in performance management systems, financial reporting and analysis or financial planning and analysis roles in a multinational organization
  • CA/MBA (Finance) or Equivalent/University Degree ideally in accounting, finance, or economics
  • Knowledge of financial consolidation principles necessary, dealing with multiple currencies and FX scenarios
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with SAP BW, SAP BPC is must
  • Experience of working in multicultural / international environment
  • Fluency in English, other languages a plus
