Caterpillar EAME Europe Region is looking towards the future and is developing the Digital capability of its dealer network in support of the Caterpillar Services Growth Strategy.

We have an exciting opportunity for a
_Digital Project Manager _who will be responsible for establishing Digital roadmaps and support the full suite of Caterpillar's world class digital solutions with Caterpillar dealers.

The role requires strong project management, strategic and business understanding of EAME Region to ensure Caterpillar Digital solutions are fully leveraged to maximize customer value and support Services Growth.

This position is within the EAME DSD Europe Region.


Responsibilities include:


  • Elaborate Digital Roadmaps with Caterpillar EAME Europe dealers and support development of project plan for each digital solution (timeline, resources, skills, etc.), in support of Caterpillar's Services Growth Strategy.
  • Project management and business knowledge to establish and govern Digital projects at European dealers, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Drive engagement and transformation with key dealers and Caterpillar stakeholders to ensure dealer capabilities and integration points needed for Digital projects are understood.
  • Drive CAT & dealer's digital transformation journey and dealer commitment ensuring adoption and usage of Digital solutions.
  • Coordination on customer go to market strategies in partnership with the Industries division for alignment and execution.
  • Achieve EAME Services growth targets, in support of EAME Services Growth Strategy.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Proven experience (5-6yrs.) in Digital projects, with successful track record of managing Digital projects, especially in B2B industries. Proficiency in
English and French required, proficiency in
Spanish, Italian, Polish a plus.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic:Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational, tactical, and strategic planning in support of the overall business plan.

Project Administration:Knowledge of large project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices, and tools for administering projects. PMP Certified.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting:Ability to create positive relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including building and maintaining the relationship with the relevant stakeholders through appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives.

Change Management: drive change to support CAT & dealer's digital transformation journey, managing and controlling the resistance to change across all the stakeholder groups.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Data Gathering and Reporting:Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
