YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COVER THE FOLLOWING:
We are looking for a highly motivated, strong performing team player who is eager to contribute to strengthening our Customer Experience department.
You will support the team on its day-to-day business and contribute to the development and execution of BAT's consumer engagement strategy in the retail environment for both Combustible and Potentially Risk Reduced Products.
THE MAIN RESPONSABILITIES ARE:
- Deploy marketing campaigns and retail pricing activities across retail communication touchpoints.
- Ensure optimized visibility of products in the Point of Sales.
- Liaise and coordinate external suppliers and agencies for POSM production.
- Track, analyze and optimize current initiatives, whilst generating new ideas.
- Support the development of new merchandising materials.
- Establishing strong working relationship with the Marketing department and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of retail activities.
ABOUT YOU:
- University degree with a focus on Marketing
- Fluent in English and French, German would be an asset
- Strong project coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate information into insights into action
- Proactive, motivated and eager to learn
- Able to work under the high time pressure
- Good knowledge of MS office tools (esp. PowerPoint and Excel)
- Preferably past experience in a Trade
- Marketing department
