We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded person with the ambition to gain hands-on experience within a motivated and dynamic team for 6 months.

TasksWhat you will be working on
- Working alongside the team and the founders on business priorities, such as unlocking new growth, product decisions, and onboarding partners.

What we are looking for
Join our team as an Intern in the People and Health departments and take an active role in shaping our product and team culture alongside the team and the co-founders Fabian & Gregory.
About you
- Close to Bachelor or Master graduation or recently graduated.
- Fluent communication in German and English.
- Some practical experience from internship(s) in consulting, startups, scaleups, tech companies or from entrepreneur/startup associations.
- Ambitious and equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset to make things happen: given the scope, volume, and timeline of work, the ability to direct people including oneself towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key.
- Ability to work with limited guidance and proactively collaborate with multiple stakeholders across and outside of the organisation: given the scope of work, you should be able to jump from one topic to another with a similar impact.
Big plus:
- You speak French and/or Italian.
- Insurance knowledge/interest.
