For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual that wants to start their career in a dynamic organization in the permanent position of:

CX & Digital Manager (M/F/d)**As part of the CX & Digital team, structured around a Customer Experience Management approach, the role consists of leading the Media & Social Media strategy pillar, providing best-in-class consumer engagement through online channels. The key objective is to improve SEO/SEA as well as leverage innovative channels to raise awareness and increase loyalty for our key brands. The role also includes leading B2C digital campaigns across brands which ownership is split across CX & Digital team members.


What Will You Do - Responsibilities
B2B commerce & omnichannel

  • Implement SEO/SEA strategies
  • Ensure the qualification and activation across Social channels (Youtube, Instagram ). New social channels scouting and assessment
  • Increase recruitment through the relevant media, targeting the right target audience
  • Ensure campaign post analysis and efficiency measurement
  • Lead influencer strategy
  • Vendor relationship management, Budget management, and KPIs tracking
Digital campaign management

  • Communication & activation strategy/mechanism definition and execution
  • Liaising with all team members to ensure perfect execution across touchpoints
  • Ensure execution consistency between on/offline touchpoints
  • Campaign internal communication and point of contact
  • Campaign content & assets creation, agency management
  • Campaign measurement & post analysis

Who Are We Looking For - Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree
  • 25 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing incl. Digital Marketing
  • Solid background in independent project management
  • Spoken and written proficiency in German, English, and French a plus
