    Chief Financial Officer

    We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to play a key role in our company's growth and development.

    About Us

    Moved by the desire for controlled expansion, we are currently developing a new investment product. This is taking place within an institutional framework marked by high expectations from our shareholders regarding governance standards.

    In light of the upcoming retirement of the current holder, we require someone to fill this position as part of our executive management team. You will act as partner and right-hand person to our CEO while supporting them with financial strategies and fund management tasks..

    You will actively contribute towards steering and developing La Foncière funds consisting of seven real estate companies along with analyzing and launching novel investment products.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Finance Function - Accounting, Management Control, Treasury, Financing, Taxation Insurance Reporting Internal Systems Supervision Collaboration IT Environment (with relevant partners)
    • Achieve Reliable Transparent Compliant Standards Institutional Regulatory Trust Lasting Relationships Investors Banks Auditors External Partners
