Our team's mission is to provide helpful insight of our financials to our internal stakeholders. We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Group Controller. This position will provide you with valuable experience in financial controlling and analysis within an agile and multinational organization.

You will work closely with our managers from our sites located across the globe as well as with our Group Accounting team located in Thalwil and with global Finance and Accounting teams.

The role is located in Thalwil and is a fulltime position.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting the Group Controlling team in analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Supporting in the development of financial budgets and forecasts while performing insightful variance analysis
Support R&D project controlling
Participation in various controllingrelated projects
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis and reports as needed

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
12 years of experience in Accounting, Controlling or Finance
High proficiency in MS Office; especially Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Tagetik, Abacus and thinkcell are a plus
High affinity to numbers and analytical thinking
Collaborative mindset who values teamwork
A natural talent for understanding complex workflows
Excellent English communication skills both oral and in writing are mandatory. German and other languages are an asset
Swiss

- or EU-citizen or valid work permit for Switzerland
