Location:

This position is located at our corporate office in Baar, Switzerland.


Overview:
The Technical Services Coordinator reports to the Director of Design & Technical Services. He / She plays a critical role in managing the quality of the provided services.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring smooth execution of TS Smartsheet project management tool: monitor and execute tasks in collaboration with the project's design manager.
  • Coordinate TS project management tool's led deadlines and progress across the team to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with team members, corporate teams, and external project teams to manage information flows and data exchange.
  • Track project and Aman Standards schedules, lists & briefs, ensuring archiving of all digital communications and documents.
  • Produce meeting minutes, presentations, and reports.
  • Assist the TS Director in the early formulation and feasibility stages of a project.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a coordinator or in a related role
  • Familiarity with aspects of luxury hotel and resort project delivery. Technical Services background with luxury hotel operator preferred
  • Familiarity and affinity with architecture, interior design and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, additional languages desirable
  • Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and cultural sensitivity
  • Familiarity and interest in office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Revu desirable
  • Strong organizational abilities to multitask and prioritize daily workload efficiently
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
