At a Glance:
We are looking for an inspiring leader to shape the next generation of freight planning.

The role will suit a well experienced freight planning professional who can bring and build best practices with their business acumen and leadership skills.

You will lead the existing freight planning team on strategy development, and operational improvements and executions.

The role is for someone with proven leadership capabilities and a vision on how to develop a long-term freight planning strategy for our fast growing brand.

Your Team:


As a global Supply Chain team, we work closely to convert innovative product designs into commercialised products and deliver exceptional quality to our customers.

We are focused, data-driven but also action-oriented. We build and follow processes, but we also continuously challenge the status quo and "industry standards".

We work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and balance our current supply and demand, and support our business' global growth.


Your Mission:

  • To lead and develop the freight planning team, driving performance improvement in lead time and cost in every subsegment of transportation from factories to our regional warehouses, empowered by bestinclass data analysis.
  • To streamline global processes from factory outbound to warehouse inbound at our regional distribution centers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • To manage regular tendering process for sea/air freight and to challenge and enhance our current transportation network
  • To establish solid external partnerships, leveraging latest technologies and increasing business scale, and managing performance through regular business reviews
  • To grow and guide the team, supporting their personal and career development in logistics and operations
  • To be a thought and action leader regarding sustainable transportation solutions and subsequently to shape and execute those sustainability initiatives in close collaboration with internal and external partners

Your Story:

  • You have versatile experiences in freight planning for different modes of transportation from data and tech driven freight forwarding service providers, or from brands
  • You have profound experiences in measuring and improving freight performance (lead time, reliability, and cost), and managing external logistics partner in tendering and performance management
  • You are savvy with freight market trends and dynamics, and know which data to look at and whom to speak to in order to get the best outlook. You are able to turn market insights into meaningful actions, resulting in operational and/or financial improvements.
  • You understand the impact of freight performance in end to end operations in a fast growing company, and have the capability to build roadmaps for new processes and risk mitigation plans
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, you feel comfortable to lead internal and external teams and stakeholders on all levels and from different cultural backgrounds to drive decision makings around new and complex topics
  • Knowledge in global trade compliance is a plus
  • Coding skill is a plus
