Senior Mandarin-Speaking Internal Auditor

Tasks

Planning and executing financial (IFRS), operational and internal control audits on a global basis as well as completing special projects as the needs arise / Leading projects without significant support / Developing superior knowledge about businesses, its significant risks and the industry in general and developing strong partnership relationships with key business people in order to provide superior audits and value-added recommendations for process/risk management improvements / Participation in special projects as M&A, due diligence, process analysis, implementing new systems/processes including fraud and hotline investigations / Supporting the implementation of innovations like value added auditing aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of internal audit department / Keeping informed on current issues involving internal audit best practices and relevant GAAP issues / Travel activities up to 30%.

Requirements

Master's or Bachelor's degree / CIA, CPA or ACCA required / Professional experience an external or internal auditor in a financial or operational role of an international company / Experience in risk oriented financial (IFRS) as well as process audits and experience in a complex business and manufacturing environment / Strong analytical skills / Excellent organizational and good interpersonal skills / Being curious and stress resistant as multiple/various tasks need to be handled / Excellent working knowledge in MS Office / Ability to develop knowledge of SAP packages in order to be able to perform data analytics and other software packages as required / Mandarin and English skills both oral and written.
