As a unique exchange hub, the Center promotes collective intelligence by gathering, valuing, and implementing the best ideas from the HUG community. As both a center of expertise and a workspace, the Center offers a range of services to evaluate, support, mature, promote, and enhance the innovative ideas and projects of HUG departments and structures. In support of change and processes, the Center contributes to the HUG's Vision 20+5 plan. A pioneer at the European level in the hospital sector, the Center has evolved the model by forging close ties with partners. This close collaboration has deployed its effects and benefits in developing solutions that meet the needs of the community. Since its launch, about 800 HUG stakeholders participate in the events and sessions organized by the Center each year. More than 70 innovative projects are counted each year.You are integrated into the HUG Center. You are an essential pillar for innovative ideas and projects of HUG departments by providing project management support. You nurture a culture of innovation and support it within the institution. You are tasked with creating favorable conditions for the emergence, development, and deployment of new products, services, and processes (medical devices, tools, solutions, etc.), relying on user-centered approaches. In doing so, you develop and drive a continuous dynamic of idea generation and projects. You accompany projects at all stages of their development, from initiation to completion. In this context, you analyze needs and uses to define and document clear specifications, integrating the challenges, objectives, scopes, and deliverables of the projects. You propose and support innovative solutions based on identified needs by contributing to the development of concepts through prototypes, models, or digital plans. Specifically, you challenge preconceived ideas from stakeholders through an analysis of their usefulness, desirability, feasibility, and viability to guide them toward high-impact solutions aligned with priorities. With a focus on efficiency and sustainability, you promote the integration of existing projects and resources within the institution and with external partners by identifying possible synergies and avoiding duplications. You accompany stakeholders in finding high-value-added solutions that meet their needs and lead all phases of development, including functional and technical phases, prototyping, feasibility and acceptability studies, as well as defining the documentation.You provide project leaders with methodologies and tools that support the planning and success of projects (roadmaps, process analyses, management tools, dashboards, devices, etc.). You contribute to the technicality of projects by defining specifications in connection with internal and external partners, aiming to ensure the feasibility, quality, and sustainability of the developed solutions. You facilitate interactions with relevant stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the projects. You support stakeholders in seeking funding and promoting their projects by contributing to the creation of proposals, visibility strategies, and advocacy with relevant authorities and partners.You develop a deep understanding of the internal and external networks of the institution and the roles and responsibilities of the different stakeholders. You analyze and map out processes, flows, and decision-making circuits to document, structure, and prioritize needs and projects considering business requirements and context. You lead, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects involving diverse professions, services, skills, and cultures, serving the institution and continuous improvement. In this role, you foster collaborative work dynamics and meetings by creating favorable conditions for the emergence of solutions, linking expertise, individual potentials, and opportunities.You pay particular attention to the engagement of the staff by recognizing their contributions and those of different stakeholders. You contribute to the institutional culture by highlighting the ability to design simple, frugal, and clever solutions. You ensure the thorough implementation of new processes and monitor knowledge transfer, particularly through feedback and the creation of accessible knowledge bases to support projects. You actively support the Center team by proposing ideas, projects, and contributing to its influence. You are assigned various missions and projects for which you are responsible while benefiting from the support of other team members. You also participate in the daily life of the Center by contributing to reports, project and budget follow-ups, as well as steering committees and team meetings.You interact with a wide variety of professional profiles, including caregivers, doctors, researchers, developers, as well as non-clinical staff. Your solution-oriented approach enables you to respond effectively to recurring requests. Through your commitment, diligence, and collaboration style, you actively participate in the collective dynamics and promote the image and values of the Center. You hold a higher education degree and possess skills in project management, engineering, and methodological approaches. You already have experience in a similar or relevant role and have a keen interest in the field of health. You have experience in innovative project management processes. You are proficient in tools and methodologies such as design thinking, prototyping solutions, conducting tests, and have good knowledge of office software like Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Operating in a constantly evolving environment, you demonstrate a strong capacity to address challenges that arise according to the Center's current needs. You are meticulous and produce high-quality deliverables paying attention to detail. You communicate smoothly about the progress of your activities. Your curiosity and learning ability enable you to explore unfamiliar areas, and you do not hesitate to ask questions of knowledgeable individuals. You adapt to varying workloads and unforeseen circumstances.
