Partner with all functions across the integrated Supply Chain E2E to effectively deploy the next generation capabilities in the J&J journey towards eCommerce Supply Chain excellence.
Develop key focus areas including but not limited to Next generation planning capabilities and new gotomarket distribution models for Pure Play, Omnichannel, Epharmacy and Marketplace customers.
Execute the overall eCommerce strategy development and multiyear capability build to enable the growth of eCommerce across eretailer and marketplace channels.
Execute global projects to develop and grow eCommerce segmented capabilities including exploring Supply Chain innovation opportunities for future technologies to improve processes, achieve operational excellence, and establish a competitive advantage.
Function as the Global E2E SC representative facilitating actions across key functions enabling eCommerce value chain
Partner with commercial to build out the supply chain requirements for the key initiatives by developing multiyear strategic plan to grow the business and meet the aspirational targets.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements

A minimum of six (6) years of related work experience in total supply chain or commercial function with related experience such as manufacturing, distribution, planning, project management, procurement, engineering, or sales.
Previous leadership in influencing crossfunctional teams
An entrepreneurial selfstarter with strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to influence across functional levels
Ability to navigate in highly matrixed environment to achieve alignment and connect functional partners to deliver on key outcomes.
Collaboration able to build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and achieve significant, complex goals and objectives.
Broad project management skills
Demonstrated experience managing ambiguity and white space required
This position may be located in Zug, or Singapore and may require up to 10% Domestic and International travel based on business needs
