As a Process Manager for our recruitment firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure an optimal client experience and a high level of service quality.
You will be responsible for implementing and managing the company's internal processes to ensure an effective and efficient execution of tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective and standardized recruitment processes to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement tools to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with customer expectations
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for recruitment
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and process management
- Indepth knowledge of recruitment processes and regulatory compliance standards
- Experience implementing standardized recruitment processes and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Skills in data analysis and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- University degree in a related discipline
