Profile

Your tasks
**- Monitoring and controlling workflow processes in the IBM mainframe environments of outsourcing customers and partner companies

  • Understanding and analyzing monitoring warnings (automated fault reports)
  • Assigning fault reports to other support groups (2nd level resolver groups) for resolution
  • Taking part in maintenance work on mainframe systems (IPL)
  • Experience in providing technical IT support in, English and French (German would be advantageous)
  • Working under a 7x24h fiveshift model

Your strengths
**- Professional training as a computer scientist/operator

  • Experience of mainframe environments (IBM z/OS) and operating systems
  • Very good knowledge of JCL, TWS, OPC
Experience in monitoring, ticketing tools, networks, Windows, UNIX/LINUX would be advantageous

  • Fluent French and English (spoken and written); German would be advantageous
Willing to work in shifts (four-week shift cycle, annual plan)
