Job Description:


The purpose of this role is to execute the financial processes and manage administrative tasks for Dentsu Tracking clients and suppliers management.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Sales Director.


Your key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Execution of work activities with the internal support departments (Finance, Legal, HR)
  • Coordination of financial and contract to cash processes, including client and supplier creation, and purchase order processes
  • Issuance of customer invoices
  • Coordination with our Finance Team the payment of supplier invoices on time
  • Supporting of Dentsu Tracking Senior Management in the development of budget, forecast and business cases

Qualifications:


  • You have proven previous experiences in a finance department
  • You are savvy in finances and eager to contribute further within this field
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • You act in a discrete and autonomous manner
  • Fluent speaker in English, French is a plus
