    The University Hospitals of Geneva (HUG) are a leading institution with over 160 represented professions. The Digital and AI Department (DTN-IA) supports clinical and logistical activities by managing systems, servers, and equipment for the HUG and seven other institutions in Geneva.

    Head of HRIS Department

    As the Head of the HRIS domain, you will join a dynamic team to structure, organize, and develop the HR Information System (HRIS). You will be responsible for ensuring its proper functioning and meeting the needs of the Human Resources Department.

    • Developing innovative tools such as HRIS, LMS, and RH to support talent management recruitment management sensitive data protection structuring of HR data
