We are growing Luware is a fast-growing SaaS software company with a global customer network.

Therefore, we are
urgently looking for a temporary support (until December 2023- with an option for an extension) for our finance department at our Head office in Zurich, with immediate effect or by agreement, at a rate of
40% (2 days, full time).

Do you have initial experience or are you looking for a return to professional life after maternity leave or a stay abroad? Then this would be the opportunity to start spontaneously with us

Your responsibilities:

Entering accounts receivable invoices and incoming payments
Entering accounts payable invoices
Posting credit card / expense claims
Supporting the financial accounting department with various tasks
Maintenance of master data
General administrative tasks

Your skills:

Completed training in the commercial field / completed business studies
Experience in accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel
Stylish knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
Good manners and the ability to work in a team
