    The HEMU X of Lausanne (HEMU-CL) trains X and musicians aiming for a professional career, supports research, and promotes musical culture. It oversees the HEMU – Haute École de Musique, present in three cantons, which provides higher education in classical music, jazz, and contemporary music to more than 500 students and also the Lausanne school that welcomes students in non-professional musical training and offers pathways of encouragement for young people. To complete its team, the organization that oversees the institution is looking for a: HR SpecialistCDI - 80% to 100% - LausanneAt the heart of the HR service, you occupy a key role in ensuring a reliable and efficient back office. You ensure compliance with standards, implement models, procedures, and checklists to structure workflows (files, transmissions), and reduce corrective exchanges. As a true HR specialist focused on orientation, you are also responsible for the quality of data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy, up-to-date information, and usability by all HR parties. Compliance: manage entries/exits/change amendments, letters, work permits, guarantee complete and compliant personnel files (confidentiality, traceability documents) and establish standard HR processes (excluding payroll). Ensure monitoring through checklists and registers of requests & standards: sorting, routing HR requests, and ensuring adherence to standards (procedure, forms). HRIS: ensure data entry, control, and correction, conduct monthly checks (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistencies), and produce simple HR extractions.Recruitment support (teaching): provide support for the recruitment process, particularly for teaching staff (monitoring files, documents), & HR: contribute to and assist the service's HR tasks.Your profileCFC commerce employee / Bachelor in HR or equivalent. An advanced qualification in HR (HRSE or continuing education HR/payroll/HRIS) is preferred; confirmed experience in HR with responsibilities in the process (entries/exits/changes), file management, and internal controls. Very comfortable with an HRIS (ideally ABACUS or equivalent) and data quality. Good level of Excel. Capable of structuring (models, procedures, checklists, FAQs), industrializing processing, and enforcing simple rules (complete vs. incomplete file). Experience in sorting and routing HR requests and clear communication with internal clients. Strong instincts regarding confidentiality, traceability, documentation, work permit deadlines, and document management. French language (perfect written and oral mastery). Knowledge of the music/artistic world and higher education/public/para-public institutions is an asset. Reliable, methodical, continuous improvement mindset.
