- Mitwirkung in Projekten für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte
- Betreuung der Produkteentwicklung aus Sicht der Produktion
- Verantwortlich für die Prozessentwicklung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte
- Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen für neue Produkte und Prozesse
- Definition, Spezifizierung und Validierung von Fertigungs- und Prüfprozessen
- Sicherstellung des Designtranfers von Produkten in die Produktion
- Aktive Mithilfe bei der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Optimierung von neuen Produktionstechnologien- und Prozessen
- Planung und Umsetzung von Prozess Scale Up durch Automatisation/Teilautomatisation
- Prozesstechnische Betreuung des Produktionsteams
- Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Produktionsversuchen sowie daraus folgende Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
- Mitwirkung bei Qualitätsverbesserungen
- Ermittlung von Fehlursachen bestimmter Bauteile/Produkte und Definition korrektiver Massnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei Änderungs- und CAPA-Aktivitäten
- Technische Grundausbildung
- Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Ingenieur (Richtung Systemtechnik, Automation, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessentwicklung
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Selbständige, strukturierte sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
