Responsibilities:


  • Support the recruitment process
  • Coordinate employee onboarding
  • Undertake tasks related to performance management
  • Help organize workshops and training events
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics
  • Lead various HR initiatives aiming to create a healthy work environment
  • Assist in the implementation of human resource policies
  • Ensure that employee data stored in our HR IS systems are reliable and complete
  • Support internal communication and ensure that all Talent & Culture related information are up to date on our intranet
  • Ensure a smooth office experience

Requirements:


  • 13 years of experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources topics and processes
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Constructive problemsolving and selfdriven attitude, taking ownership of
  • Handson knowledge of collaboration tools like Slack, Confluence
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workable, Zoho People) will be a plus
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver by agreed deadlines
  • Any experience with project management would be a plus
  • Desire to work as part of a team in a young and dynamic environment
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
