- Sicherstellung und Optimierung der Prozessabläufe in der Produktion sowie Analyse und Beseitigung von Störungen im Arbeitsablauf
- Durchführung von Workshops, wie z.B. Arbeitsplätze in unserer Produktion unter Lean- Gesichtspunkten bewerten und optimieren. (Inkl. Konstruktiver Umsetzungen)
- Standardisierung von Fertigungs- und Montageprozessen
- Unterstützung bei der Layoutplanung und bei der Projektierung neuer Anlagen
- Integration neuer Produkte in bestehende Fertigungs- und Montagelinien
- Weiterentwicklung unserer KVP- Methoden und Werkzeuge Was Sie mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in einem Metall- oder Elektroberuf
- weiterführender Abschluss zum Meister, KVP Trainer oder Ingenieur von Vorteil
- Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbereich (Fertigung/ Montage, ggf. Logistik) und in der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Flexibilität und Kreativität
- Selbstständige zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Engagement
