Job summary
The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of marketing excellence across International Top Markets and Regions.In this position you will drive the development of core and future‑ready marketing capabilities create and enhance a holistic learning framework ensure our teams are equipped with the skills needed to lead in an evolving customer experience landscape You will design deliver comprehensive training strategy—spanning in‑house learning train‑the‑trainer models—while defining clear KPIs tracking progress across International.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience & Content you will act as strategic learning partner working closely with senior leaders understand business priorities transform them into impactful capability building initiatives that elevate our marketing functions If you are passionate about developing talent accelerating marketing excellence shaping the future commercial capabilities we invite you to apply help us drive meaningful impact across organization.
