Job main responsibilities

Maintaining a Global Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure continued ISO certifications for ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO Environmental) and ISO Health & Safety)Develop and implement Global new standards with agreed with relevant stakeholders including ISO Energy) and ISO Environmental Labelling)Promoting Quality achievement, Environmental management, Energy management and Health & Safety complianceCarry out and co-ordinate internal Quality, Environmental, Energy management and Health & Safety audits and monitor the effectiveness of the corrective and/or preventive actions proposedIdentifying, preparing & delivering relevant management system trainingCo-ordinate and participate in the management review meetingsEnsure best practice and external knowledge is maintained and shared with key stakeholders.

Apply best practice techniques as appropriateSupport Regional teams in management system related activities

Candidate profile requirements

At least 3 years of relevant work experience managing an Integrated Management System (IMS) for a large organisation with multiple sites of comparable size and complexityGood track record in all areas of IMS management systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 through an approved UKAS accreditation body.

Experience of leading and supporting a team of auditorsQualified Lead Auditor - Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO or Health & Safety (ISO preferredExperience in Association work and communication with Certification Body'sFluent in English; preferably also in German and FrenchExperienced in working in a matrix structureWilling to travel about 20%
