HR Administrative Assistant - Geneve, Schweiz - LALIVE
Beschreibung
Responsibilities will include:
- Using internal HRIS to ensure all data is recorded and kept uptodate;
- Providing information and reports to the HR team;
- Monitoring and coordination of holiday requests and approvals, working hours, compensatory leave, time recording, overtime obligations, and absences;
- Contributing to the efficient daytoday operation of the HR function;
- Assisting on ad hoc HR projects as required;
- Filing and archiving of documents.
What we look for:
- Experience in an administrative role in Switzerland required; experience in HR or in a law firm/comparable environment would be an advantage;
- Swiss HR certificate (HRSE) or commercial apprenticeship;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in a team as well as autonomously;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service;
- Responsive, proactive, with a strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities;
- Native or nearnative level French and excellent written and oral English imperative; German language skills is a strong asset;
- Strong computer skills including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT) and HRIS software (e.g. Personio).
