Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the entire 'Core Technology' (see below) scope within an overall EfW project, during the project execution phase regarding quality, time, budget, and in accordance with the requirements of the Customer Contract
You lead a team of Technical Project Managers in providing the deliverables of Combustion & Boiler, Flue Gas Treatment, Water Steam Cycle, and Steel Structure from engineering, to production, delivery, and commissioning phase, up to project closure
You report directly to the Project Director, deputise if necessary, and represent the Core Technology in the project team
You interact with other teams as procurement, quality, controlling, scheduling, etc.
You travel up to 20%

Your experiences:

You are a trained mechanical engineer with 7+ years' experience in one of the abovementioned technologies, as Technical Project Manager, Project Engineer, or alike, a Project Management certification is a plus
You have proven experience in complex international EPC projects, preferably with interactions with Asia, South America, Middle East, or Africa
You have excellent communication, leadership, and team building skills
Good commercial and legal awareness, combined with negotiation and mediation skills with internal and external stakeholders
You are proactive, assertive, solutionoriented, and diplomatic
You are fluent in English, German is a big plus
