At ONWARD we're looking for a Product Owner to join our team.

Full-time - Lausanne

About the job:

As Product Owner, you directly generate value to the end-users by crafting meaningful features for our products and therapies.

You work with clinical, marketing, and human factors teams to build the user needs and translate these into system specifications together with the engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for defining scope of product features
Responsible for the definition of the user needs and use cases
Responsible for the prioritization of features
Responsible for feature roadmap to maximize value creation
Ensures system level testing reflects use cases
Integrates feedback from enduser stakeholders (clinical, marketing, human factors...) and coordinates feature development with engineering teams
Communicates and aligns feature scope, definition and design with parallel teams and management
Translates stakeholder needs into product features taking into account safety, technical complexity, and added value to users

About you:

Minimum Master degree in a relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 3 years of working with customers and engineering teams in medical technologies
Experience working on users needs would be a strong asset
Strong team player, efficient communications skills, and decisionmaking
Strong communication skills in English
