Proclinical AG is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an
Receptionist.


As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Shift 1 (Monday
  • Friday): 6:30 a.m. 3:30 p.m.


  • Shift 2 (Monday

  • Thursday): 7:30 a.m. 5:45 p.m. (Friday): 7:30 a.m. 5:15 p.m.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a wellgroomed appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Manage reception infrastructure, office supplies, and cleanliness
  • Handle access management, including issuing electronic badges and visitor badges
  • Operate the ITbased telephone system, manage calls, and receive absence reports
  • Handle mail traffic, including visitor registrations and messages
  • Supervise meeting room and parking management
  • Conduct driver's license checks, issue and return vehicle keys
  • Manage alarms, including forwarding remote monitoring alarms and fire alarm system operation
  • Maintain reservation systems and support events
  • Coordinate lost and found objects, handle consignments, and assist with Wi-Fi access
  • Oversee visitor baggage storage and coordinate taxi/limousine orders

Experience:


  • Fluent in German, English and French
  • Resilience, stress resistance, and flexibility
  • Technical flair for electronic equipment
  • Social skills and a prudent working approach
  • Continuous training in relevant systems
  • Uptodate knowledge of internal processes and policies

Job Types: 100%, Temporary / Staffing

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
From CHF35.00 per hour
