- Unterstützung und Beratung aller Anspruchsgruppen im Bereich Planung (PEP), Zeiterfassung und Absenzen Management im Zusammenhang mit dem Zeiterfassungssystem / PEP-Software
- Betreuung und fortlaufende Überprüfung des Systems zur Sicherstellung der Konformität mit arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und periodische Systemoptimierungen
- Verantwortung für die Verwaltung von Zugangsdaten sowie Nutzerrechten
- Koordination des Monatsendprozesses für sämtliche Segmente der Arbeitszeiterfassung einschließlich des Exports variabler Gehaltsdaten und Stunden für die Temporärbüros
- Entwicklung und regelmäßige Aktualisierung von Anleitungen, Lehrvideos und E-Learning-Materialien für verschiedene Nutzergruppen sowie die Umsetzung von Schulungen
- Kaufmännische Grundbildung
- Weiterbildung im HR von Vorteil
- Du kennst dich im Arbeitsgesetz aus und die Regelungen zur Arbeitszeit sind dir nicht fremd
- Erfahrung im Schulen von Mitarbeitenden und Erstellen von Schulungsdokumenten
- Du liebst es Prozesse umzustrukturieren und Zielgruppengerecht darzustellen
- Deutsch und Französischkenntnisse (C1) zwingend
- gewohnt selbstständig und autonom zu arbeiten
- Gratisparkplätze vorhanden
- Mit dem Öffentlichen Verkehr (S6 von Zürich Hauptbahnhof bis Bahnhof Buchs/Dällikon danach 7 Minuten Fussmarsch)
