Our Global Industry Segment organization cater among others, for the industrial customers operating in Datacenter sector.


We are looking for a very dynamic person, with the right skills to engage with customers, partners and internal teams across the business and continents to define and promote our solutions for the Datacenter segment.


You will define and implement the portfolio and market strategies, in support of the Datacenter segment sales team across the globe.

Reporting to the Industry Network Lead for Datacenters and working closely with the Head of Portfolio Management of the company, you will coordinate strategic activities related to the development of specific solutions for our Datacenter customers, and you will promote those at events and in customer meetings to meet business objectives and increase market share.

Your responsibilities:

Support the strategic positioning in the market based on your good understanding of the market segment trends, customer needs and competitor positioning Maintain and create a Datacenter segment roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Management and Technology Management organizations which supports the growth strategy Define and promote the Datacenter segment value proposition in close collaboration with the marketing organization Drive innovation in the segment by running technical and innovation workshops with customers on specific concepts, offerings, technologies & business models Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Your background:
  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and Master's in Electrical Engineering
An expert in Datacenter segment, knowledgeable in market trends and needs, having strong relations to Datacenter customers (owners, operators, etc.)., and understanding very well energy and software solutions for such customers Strong business acumen skills and general management awareness, with more than 5 years of experience in global product marketing for electrical products and business development in Datacenter segment in a large multinational electrical company operating in all regions worldwide Solid skills for business modelling, go to market strategies and portfolio management, and implementation of strategies across the organization Proven expertise working across virtual teams, capable to present and defend business ideas, having influencing skills to align the teams on the go to market models Worked for at least 5 years in a large multinational electrical company (10,000+ employees), with demonstrated capability to effectively communicate to diverse group of stakeholders, including senior management, with proven ability to lead a crossfunctional team Strong command of English, Italian and another language
