Our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, is looking for a Business Analyst with CRM and digital platforms

experience, to manage critical issues and suggesting solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Medical teams to understand their business needs and digital capability requirements and translate them into technical specifications

· Support the delivery of digital solutions to enhance Marketing, Sales, and Medical Operations Effectiveness

· Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

· Provide software support to ensure the smooth functioning of digital capabilities

· Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues and challenges

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

· First-hand experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the Pharmaceutical industry

· Experience in software support, demonstrating a strong understanding of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

· Expertise in Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault , WordPress, Email builder

· Coding experience in HTML

· Knowledge of commercial and medical business processes in the Pharmaceutical industry

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and systems

· Fluency in English is required, ideally with proficiency in Spanish or German
