- Traitement des diverses demandes administratives des collaborateurs
- Déclarations d'accident auprès de l'assurance
- Recrutement : mise en ligne des annonces, premier tri des dossiers, planification des entretiens
- Assurer la gestion administrative intégrale des candidats-es recrutés-es pour les études accompagnées
- CFC d'employé-e de commerce complété par un certificat d'assistant-e en gestion de personnel
- Expérience professionnelle similaire d'au moins 3 ans
- Expérience au sein d'une école privée, un grand atout
- Maîtrise de la gestion administrative des ressources humaines et excellentes capacités rédactionnelles
- Bon niveau d'anglais oral et écrit (minimum B2)
- Orienté-e service, flexible et très bonne capacité d'adaptation
- Esprit de collaboration et d'entraide
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles
- Sens de l'organisation et attention aux détails.
