A dynamic and constantly changing environment doesn't faze you? Your heart beats for B2B marketing and you are interested in developments in the fintech sector? Become part of CREALOGIX and head our Group Marketing & Communications team in Zurich.

Your mission:

You lead our group marketing & communication team of 7 people, and you are responsible for developing, planning, budgeting and implementing marketing activities and marketing channels for all organization business units.
You have full ownership over our gotomarket and communications strategy and deliver campaigns that drive brand, reputational and commercial growth.
You are responsible for internal and external communications, including media relations as well as shareholder, investor & stock exchange related communications.
You develop with the marketing & communication team a strong brand in public finance, retail banking and wealth management industry in DACH, UK, KSA and Asia.
You enable the sales organization with your marketing ideas and performant and lead generating marketing activities especially by using liveevents, digital channels and social media.
You drive the branding & corporate identity strategy and develop a consistent CI / CD
You always work in a marketoriented way, you collaborate and strategize with the management team and other functional areas such as sales and market units.

Qualifikationen:

Master's degree in business administration or similar with a focus on marketing and communication.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and communication and ICT business. Experience in communication for a stock listed company.
Implementation

- and very practice-oriented, curious, thinking outside the box.

Excellent business and financial industry marketing skills for different audiences and channels
Proactive, enjoys teamwork, serviceoriented.
Proactive personality that is capable of responding to adhoc requests and has ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Proven planning, time management and organizational skills
Very good German and English
