Your tasks*:

Within the Customer Service projects team:
Support Sales Companies regarding all their requests linked to our machines and interventions database,
Test Movilizer functionalities and understand the impact of each actions or improvment request
Coordinate and participate to several projects within the team and make sure all the stakeholders are informed
Drive Digital technical activities related to Customer Service project in cross department environment : Customer Services, Technical Units, Potential External Partners
Provide technical support globally on digital services
Support the technical deployment of new digital solutions all over the world
Develop data collection models and analytics for machine tools
Write specifications of new potential digital Customer Services solutions
Maintain and development interfaces between digital services and our

ERP :
Design, process integration, Integration to ERP

Actively engage with customers to identify opportunities for improvement.

Your profile*:

Education & Training: bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
Experience with relational databases, problem recreation and root cause analysis, experience on scripting language, familiar with a ticketing system
Experience in escalation or technical support function,
Experience in computer networks, firewall and security configuration
Fluent written and spoken English is required. (French / German / Italian is a plus)
