    Als Leiter Planning & Controlling sind Sie in unserer Organisation für die strategische und operative Führung der Planung und Steuerung verantwortlich.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

    • Die fachliche und persönliche Führung eines kompakten Teams im Bereich Planning & Controlling.
    • Die Unterstützung des CFO bei der finanziellen Planung und Steuerung unseres Geschäfts.
    • Die Entwicklung bestehender Berichte, Finanzkennzahlen, Analysen, Instrumente und Dienstleistungen kontinuierlich weiter zu entwickeln.
    • Die Verantwortung für die Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung des mittelfristigen Business Plans, die Durchführung und Koordination der Budgetierung sowie das quartalsweise Forecasting.
    • Die Gesamtverantwortung für die Ermittlung und Analyse der Unternehmens-, Sparten- und Produkteprofitabilität sowie für das Cost Controlling.
    • Die Leitung des finanziellen und strategischen Controllings, inkl. monatlichen und quartalsweisen KPI-/Ergebnisanalysen sowie Tracking der Zielerreichungs-Scorecard.
    • Die Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung und Operationalisierung der Unternehmensstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung.
    • Die Präsentation relevanter Erkenntnisse sowie Entscheidungsgrundlagen dem Management Team, der Geschäftsleitung sowie dem Verwaltungsrat.
    • Den engen Austausch mit den Experten in den verschiedenen Bereichen, insbesondere Produkt-Management, Aktuariat, Asset Management, Vertrieb, Risk Management sowie Rechnungswesen.

    Ihre Voraussetzungen

    • Abschlussstudium in Betriebswirtschaft oder Mathematik, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich (Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer, Dipl. Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling, CFA, AZEK usw.).
    • Herausragendes analytisches und strategisches Denken ist Ihr Ass.
    • Führungs- und Präsentationserfahrung.
    • Die Fähigkeit, interne analytische Netzwerke aufzubauen, um Synergien konsequent zu nutzen.
