- Bedarfsabklärungen für alle Business Units, Potenzialanalyse, Planung und Realisierung digitalisierter Prozesse und Umsetzung im ERP
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Anwendungsbetriebes des ERP-Systems
- Konzeption und Entwicklung von massgeschneiderten Lösungen innerhalb der Sage X3-Plattform
- Integration von Sage X3 mit anderen Unternehmensanwendungen und Systemen
- Durchführung von Überwachung, Testing und Fehleranalyse innerhalb der Sage X3-Plattform
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des ERP und Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen und Aufwandschätzungen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Management inkl. Definition von Arbeitspaketen für die effiziente Umsetzung von ERP-Anpassungen
- Unterstützung der ERP-Anwender:innen, Schulung bei Einführung neuer Prozesse und bei der Bedarfsermittlung digitaler Prozesse
- Abgeschlossene ICT-Ausbildung mit Vertiefung an einer Fachhochschule bzw. höheren Fachschule
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken, MySQL und/oder MS SQL
- Praxis in der Entwicklung und Anwendung PS/SQL Scripts und im Testen von ERP-Anwendungsfällen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich von ERP-Systemen, idealerweise Kenntnisse von Sage X3
- Praktische Erfahrung mit SCRUM
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytische Fähigkeiten und vernetztes Denken
- Umsetzungsstarker Teamplayer mit technischem Verständnis und Freude an der produzierenden Industrie
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
