Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Trust Administrator in Wealth Planning.

Main responsibilities
- Organize transfer of companies to new providers
- Liase with Register Agents for the transfer of shareholders and directorships
- Repaper accounts in relation to transfer
- Maintain the database up to date.
- Draft documentation such as letters and resolutions
- Liaise with our client's Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners
- Various additional administrative tasks to support Trust Officers in daily business (such as set up / close structures, account openings, transfer of life insurance policies, filing and scanning)
Your skills:
- Some experience in trust administration, STEP qualified is a plus
- Fluent in English (must) and German (would be an advantage)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good communication skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, flexible and organized person
- Proactive and service oriented
- Must be a team player
- Fluent in both German & English
