About this opportunity


This position is responsible for administrative tasks related to external clinical education, to drive adoption of the Invisalign system and iTero intraoral scanner, for Align Technology across EMEA.

Responsibilities fall in two broad categories, but may not be limited to:


  • Administration and maintenance of clinical education assets via our LMS platform (Docebo)
  • Coordination and follow up with various teams to ensure the successful and timely localization of educational assets across EMEA markets

In this role, you will

  • Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the learning management system (Docebo LMS)
  • Clinical Education content organization and upload into the system
  • Responsible for assuring approvals for all content and maintaining a list of content links
  • Follow up on content localization (PPT's and Digital Content)
  • Support markets when questions come up regarding enrollments and access into LMS
  • Manage enrollment of doctors into assigned content
  • Support with the upload of event recordings into the Education Site
  • Support Clinical Education managers and Local markets with the management of growth programs
  • Drive the simplification of localization processes

Additional responsibilities:


  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree or similar background
  • At least two years of work experience; experience/understanding of educational technology, Learning Management System, or similar preferred
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar content authoring programs an advantage
  • Techsavvy with ability to troubleshoot
  • Highly organized and keen to learn
  • Affinity for technology and digital platforms (ability to export content properly from Articulate and troubleshoot issues in the system)
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment
  • Meticulous in following procedures. Rigorous in administrating content on SharePoint (original files), maintaining a record of what is uploaded and live in Docebo LMS with links (excel), and maintaining language/content codes in Docebo.
  • Open to new tasks to support the Clinical Education & Relations team.
  • Well versed in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and overall organizational skills
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of any additional European languages is an asset.
