    Real Estate Accounting Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned Property Accounting Manager to join our team in Neuchatel, Switzerland. As part of a diversified real estate portfolio (commercial, offices, and residential), you will be responsible for the financial management of a predominantly commercial portfolio.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independent management of complete accounting for a portfolio of buildings, mainly commercial
    • Accounting oversight of properties: data entry, periodic closings, and annual closures
    • Preparation of charge statements, including in complex environments

    You will have close collaboration with property managers and contribute to processes such as budgeting for properties and variance analysis. Production of financial reporting is also expected.

    About You:

    • Solid experience in property accounting preferably in management or institutions within CFC (Switzerland) regulations; federal certificate is desirable

      Average mastery Of key software systems,such SAP RE-FX considered an asset
