Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer inquiries
- Preparation of quotations, order processing up to invoicing
- Interface between sales, service, warehouse and product management
- Creation of service contracts
- Invoicing and checking of technician reports
- Laboratory and/or commercial training
- Experience in customer service in a technical environment and/or sales
- Very good SAP and MS Office experience
- Good German language skills, both wirtten and spoken is a must
- English and French language skills are a plus
- Pleasure in working in a team
- Flair for sales and service high service mindset
