Responsibilities:


  • Processing of customer inquiries
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing up to invoicing
  • Interface between sales, service, warehouse and product management
  • Creation of service contracts
  • Invoicing and checking of technician reports
Hardskills

  • Laboratory and/or commercial training
  • Experience in customer service in a technical environment and/or sales
  • Very good SAP and MS Office experience
  • Good German language skills, both wirtten and spoken is a must
  • English and French language skills are a plus
Softskills

  • Pleasure in working in a team
  • Flair for sales and service high service mindset
  • Networked thinking and initiative
