About The RoleWe're hiring a Robotics Engineer – Navigation to join our core engineering team as an early technical hire.
You will own critical components of the autonomy stack, designing and deploying navigation systems that enable robots to operate safely and reliably in real-world environments.
This role spans the full pipeline, from sensor integration and calibration through sensor fusion, localization, planning, and control.Key Responsibilities
Design and develop core navigation and autonomy systems
Build end-to-end pipelines: drivers, calibration, fusion, planning, and control
Integrate multi-sensor platforms (LiDAR, cameras, IMU, GPS)
Develop production-grade robotics software (C++, Python, ROS 2)
Deploy and validate systems in field environments
Analyze failures and optimize performance, safety, and reliability
Requirements
Master's + 3 years' experience or PhD in Robotics / Controls / Perception
Experience building end-to-end robotics systems
Strong knowledge of:
SLAM, state estimation, planning, control
Experience deploying robots in real-world environments
Strong ownership mindset and communication skills
