YOUR ROLE

Independently drafting various customerfacing documents and agreements, including NDAs, master services agreements, software license agreements, maintenance agreements, project agreements/ statements of work etc.
Supporting sales with the negotiation of deals
Contract life cycle management
Maintaining and developing templates
Managing external counsel
Acting as data protection officer
Acting as compliance officer

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A Swiss law degree and admission to the bar in Switzerland is a must.
Experience practicing law in Switzerland at a law firm is a must (min. 2 years post qualification).
Experience with the drafting contracts in German and English is a must.
Experience in the practice areas of finance and/or technology is highly valued.
Any experience with data protection laws in Switzerland and the EU is highly valued.
Fluency in German and English and is a must. Other languages are highly valued.
