Job summary
The role of Executive Assistant to the Secretary General for Sport is based in Geneva and involves managing the daily operations of the Secretary General's office. This includes complex calendar management, scheduling and correspondence with international stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for major FIA governing events and coordinate global travel arrangements for the Secretary General.Qualifications
• University degree in business administration, sports or international relations.• At least 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management, ideally within a Sports International Federation, NGO or complex member-based organization.• Full professional fluency in English and French. Professional fluency in Italian and/or Spanish are a plus.Responsibilities
