‍‍ As an ICT Service Manager, you will:

Lead the ICT service management team to ensure high-quality service delivery and support
Oversee the management of service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring that all service level targets are met
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the ICT service management area
Conduct regular service reviews and produce service reports for management and stakeholders
Manage ICT service improvement programs to enhance the quality of service delivery and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with vendors and thirdparty service providers to ensure that outsourced services meet contractual commitments
Handle incident and problem management processes, ensuring effective resolution and communication
Facilitate the ICT change management process, ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly without affecting service quality
Manage budget for ICT services, including forecasting and cost control

About you

This position will be a perfect fit for you if technically:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
You have 10 years of experience in an ICT service management role
You have certifications such as ITIL or equivalent service management framework
You have proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
You have experience in managing service contracts and vendors
You are proficient in service management software and tools
You are German speaker (fluent)

You are analytical, rigorous and have a good team spirit
You have strong communication skills & an amazing mindset
